For over 30 years, Carmina has worked as a Business Coordinator across the Transportation, Marketing, and Environmental Compliance industries, supporting teams and leadership in optimizing processes to improve customer retention rates.

Carmina was able to leverage her project management skills and knowledge of operations and logistics to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she serves as a liaison between agents and prospective home buyers and sellers to help Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement that adhere to industry compliance standards and increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.
